When I first log in to my child portal I get http://www.fillingtheneed.com/Default.aspx?alias=www.fillingtheneed.com/memphis

When I click on a tab I ge a URL of http://www.fillingtheneed.com/memphis/Groups/tabid/357/Default.aspx

This looks correct. MEMPHIS is the name of my child portal

However, when I cllick another page or tab I get a URL of http://www.fillingtheneed.com/Churches/tabid/368/Default.aspx

NOTE: Memphis (my child portal) name is no longer in the URL

HELP!!!!!  any ideas? suggestions?

this is by design, you would need to modify the URL rewriter to add the folder name of a  child portal to the tab path.

Do you know why this is?  I would think this could be considered a bit "interesting" from an SEO perspective if you have jumping paths like this, not to mention a bit confusing for users.

I assume, it is a missing part in the URL rewriter, please post a feature request into the public issue tracker at support.dotnetnuke.com, if you would like to get it changed.
