Hi,

I made a skin for Forum modules, inserted the forum modules, and
applied the skin to the page.
Everything looks ok except "My Setting" and "Search" pages.

The skin is not applied to these 2 pages.
However, when I check the page setting, the skin I made
is selected from the dropdown list.

How come the skin does not apply to the 2 pages???

Regards,

I will hazard a guess:

On those two pages, the module is using the "admin" skin.
You'd have to ask a module developer "why?"
