Hi, one question, and if theres no answer it should be a suggesgion.

Is there any way to give someone a Role, lets say ArticleEditor, and then limit which modules that Role can edit. I know about you can set who can edit a certain module on the page, but I mean in general.

I want to be able to make the above role, give it to someone, and then set a page so they can edit it, but in the modules dropdown list I want to be able to limit what modules he/she can see/add. So they can add modules, but they cant add thinks like a Wiki, or a new forum.

Any ways?

thx, Dave

there are currently no permissions for module definitions inplemented in the core. you might however have a look at TRTControlPanel from www.davebuckner.com, that might have this option.
