I've got an issue where I'm trying to run a scheduled event only on one server. It grabs a list of people and sends an email, and updates a table recording that the email was sent. To reduce the risk of sending out multiple emails to the same people, we want it only to run on our server, Web01. I entered that in the "Run on Servers" field, and it did save. In the Schedule table in the database, it appears as "Web01," rather than just "Web01". Not sure if that's an issue or not. Eliminating the comma manually from the DB didn't appear to make a difference. In the history, I do see that it fired off from Web03. Anything I might be doing wrong here, or any known issues that could be causing this?

This is extremely frustrating... There are 3 servers, and it is consistently sending to all 3, no matter what I put in that field. And the system does appear to know where it is running, as the history records proudly display Web02 and Web03 on plenty of their records for this event.

Has anybody else encountered this, and what was the solution? I could code a workaround into the module, but would be sloppy, and I'd rather know the scheduling component was working proplerly without the need for hacks.

I have a similar problem (DN 4.5.5). Instead of triggering the task for all servers, the task is triggered but ignored... Nothing done...

I still do not have a clue/solution. I'll ket you know if found something (I'll try to debug the core code or something... when I have some time...)

Have you restarted IIS after you made this change? Sometimes the scheduler tasks can go rogue and the changes you've made might not be making it to the thread that is currently running. Just to be on the safe side, I'd restart IIS and then confirm whether you're still having the issue.
