The skin that I have chosen has a green header and a green footer. I would like to change the background of the body part from white to light green. I went to the CSS fine of dotnetnuke and I wrote the following:

body {
   background: #00ff00
}

Now, the background does not change color and it remains white. What else should I do in order to change the background color of the body part?

Thank you

You'll probably need to edit this in the skins.css of the skin you are using. You should be able to find this under the /portals/default/skins directory or /portals/0/skins directory if you loaded the skin as administrator.

I think it will be either the pagemaster or skinmaster class you will need to change rather than body.

Cheers
Roger
