Hi I'm new to the community. I've been a web developer for about  7 years and I think I found a security flaw and I don't know where to report it.

There maybe be a way to fix the flaw but I searched the forum and it didn't come up.

I don't know where to report security flaws. Do I post in bug tracker or forum?  I'd rather not make the info public if it is a flaw so any advice would be nice.

Greetings.  Thank you for addressing this in a conscientious manner.  You may send security concerns to security AT dotnetnuke.com.

Cheers.
