Hi people

I have just installed and am testing 4.8.0.

I selected User Registration: Private under Admin>Site Settings>Advanced Settings>Security Settings, and then Use Captcha for Login and Use Captcha for Registration under Admin>Security Roles>User Settings>User Account Settings. But nothing happened!

I have found some threads on Captcha not working on the Feedback module in 4.7.

Is this a known issue or is it just me?

Regards

Geoffrey

I have upgraded to 4.8.2, turned on captcha for registration and logins to test it, it worked, but now I can't get rid of it after turning it off for logins.

I also can't believe that there hasn't been a response to your original post.

You can turn on captcha by going to admin>authentication and check captcha
