Howdy,

Getting ready to deploy DotNetNuke on our site and we have 3rd Party ASP.Net applications. However I'm running into an issue with them.  If I have a sub folder in my DotNetNuke folder structure with these applications in it will this cause a problem with the applications or dotnetnuke? I'm slightly concerned as they have web.config files that go along with them.

Thanks,
Owen - http://www.fdwsnetworks.com

Thanks Chris,

This gets me a little bit closer. Although looking at the application and its web.config its defaultLanguage="AVR". Which I believe is ASNA Visual RPG for .NET. So it isn't won't compile correctly. As far as copying the DLLs I have about 30 of these mini applications that I'd have to copy the DLLs too. Is there any other alternative?

Thanks Again,
Owen

Owen, I haven't done much more with it beyond what I posted in the blog, that has covered most of the cases for myself that I needed to get working.

Thanks Chris,

I appreciate the response none the less. I have an alternative/backup plan which I think will work well. Although out of curiosity is there anyway to tell a web.config to "ignore" for lack of a better term certain folders, and let them execute outside of the dotnetnuke framework?
