I have a DNN installation where I am Host user and have multiple child sites. I originally set up DNN on one IP address (say .1) because I only wanted to mess about with it. However I'm so pleased with the product and I got so carried away that I would like to move everything I've done into production (onto another IP address, say .2)

I went into IIS and changed the IP address to .2, but it didn't work. I then went into the PortAlias table and changed all the values... still no luck. Any other ideas? I would prefer not to do another DNN install, if possible.

Thanks, that was useful.
Since I have root access, it was simpler than that - but the article helped me think clearly.
