How does one keep the files in the file repository from showing up in google searches?  I created a "securedcontent" folder with the file manager in the host root.  It's a "Secure - File System".  When selecting an upload location for the repository, the files go to \Portals\0\Repository  --- is it as simple as changing the directory to \Portals\_default\securedcontent  ?

When I upload files with this folder change, they are not in the securedcontent folder in the FTP server.  Where do they go?

Another unrelated question -- is there any way to make the description field OPTIONAL?  Sometimes the title is self explanatory. ie. June 2008 Schedule needs no further description.  I wouldn't mind disabling description altogether.  Any way to do this?
