I have just built a new portal and get emails from DNN when someone regsiters.  However the emails have empty feilds in them suh as:

Date: Thursday, June 26, 2008
First Name: mugoftea
Last Name: mugoftea
Unit:
Street:
City:
Region:
Country: United Kingdom
Postal Code:
Telephone:
Email: asdasd@asdasd.com

Now I have sorted this before becuase my other portal sends out the following email

Dear Administrator,
the following new user has been registered:
Date: Thursday, June 26, 2008
Username: gemma
First Name: gemma
Last Name: lowe
Email: asdasd@asdadasd.com

I know this can be sorted  becuase I have sorted it before, but just cant remember how to do it.

Any ideas

you can adopt the message sent in Admin::Languages using the language editor (default resource file, keys EMAIL...) and use TokenReplace features to display columns conditionally, for examples I suggest to have a look into the UserDefinedTable manual.
