how usercontrol can be uploaded as module in dnnsite?

 

I have made a simple user control on localhost now i want to export it to the main site as a module.

how can i do this?

Are you saying that you have it working as a module on your local DNN site?  On that site, you can go to its module definition (Host->Module Definitions->[Edit Pencil Image]) and select the Create Module Package option from the action menu of that control.

You are saying right I have uploaded the usercontrol on localhost site as per your suggestion it is working fine as module but when  I made a zip file of usercontrol and script of the queries  & tried to upload it on our server site  it shows error that you are missing  dnn file how  I can get rid of this problem?

Yes its been working  as a module on my local DNN site but when I made zip file of my usercontrol & script of queries & tried to upload on our server site It gives gives an errror you are missing dnn file how can I get rid of this problem?

When you create a module package as I indicated above, there is an option to create a Manifest file.  That is the .dnn file that it says you are missing.
