I know there are some password aging options, but I'm looking for something that will let me set some thresholds for account inactivity (no login for x days) and have the portal send warnings and/or disable accounts automatically, such as with the password aging options.  Basically a clean-up type module that will allow us to keep the user lists up to date and get rid of the old accounts without having to do it manually.

I've done some searching and haven't found much regarding this, maybe I'm just missing something, but I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction, maybe a module or something, that provides this type of capability.

Thanks in advance!

I was just asked for the same thing.   For a quick report, I did it manually but that's not going to happen very often.
