Greetings,

I installed a DNN portal on a server and I took the exact same portal and placed it on another server. So the two portals are accessed from different urls. They also have different databases. However when I login as a user that happens to be in both portals, when I am loged in the first portal, I am loged in in the second portal as well. Is this normal? I guess that both portals place the exact same cookie at the browser. Is there anyway to overcome this problem?

Thanks in advance

strange - since cookies are bound to domains. do both portals share the same domain name?

No, they dont share the same domain name. So cookies are bound to domains and not to applications right?
