A critical error has occurred.
An error has occurred because a control with id 'dnn$ctr383$dnnACTIONS$ctldnnACTIONS' could not be located or a different control is assigned to the same ID after postback. If the ID is not assigned, explicitly set the ID property of controls that raise postback events to avoid this error.

I have just installed Ultra Media Gallery and had a test instance up.  I then did two things - I messed around with page names and I tried to change the settings for the text editor.  The above error occured and I no longer have access to the editor for the various modules.  Logged out, the site is visible & functional.  I just can't edit anymore.  Suggestions where to start or how to load defaults for the text editor, or if I should upload DNN again?  I am a newbie and would like to know some tips and things to watch for when trying to restore the site.  Thanks, Valerie
