I would like to add an acronym just before the " LOGIN " link on my site,  to " EMP LOGIN". While addressing this,  I would like to re-direct this link to another server. Many thanks for any help!

Darryl,

You probably want to setup your own authentication provider.   Do some searching on that and see if you can't figure it out.  If not, post pack and I will go into more details.
