 Hello,

I install DNN on my local pc and make some changes without any problems.but when I install it on my share host , The file manager dont work correctly when I try to upload a file or language pack , I dont get any error message (or event log entry) but the file dont uploaded to server. What's the problem and how can I fix it. I used my host before and I can upload file by my C# codes.

Thanks

Mehdi

Weird... when I disable the friendly URLs, I can now upload images with my administrator account but I am still getting errors in file manager.

I'll have to look into that more when I get home.

Try this....Log in as host, go to admin>Site Settings>Advanced Settings>Host Settings and enter a number in Disk Space (large enough to hold all your files + some to spare).  Click Update, then try to upload again.

I found this happening with my first DNN installation, and the above took care of the problem.  I just had to remember to set the disk space for each portal I created.

Hope this helps.  Rick
