3 things (excuse the caps):

I would like to have the following features on my site:

1. Unregistered users can send e-mail feedback without having to register.
2. Through a simple form unregistered users can submit their e-mail address only for newsletter purposes (again NO NEED TO REGISTER and/or login just submit e-mail address to subscribe.)
3. Unregistered users can post comments again without need to register. Such features can be found in Blogspot.

Any suggestions?

HELP!!!
Cheers.

I think I have seen something like that before out there.  Two places to look might be the following:

http://www.snowcovered.com/snowcovered2/Default.aspx?tabid=139&search=newsletter

http://www.dnnindex.com/DNNIndex/tabid/1044/view/topics/forumid/71/Default.aspx

Specifically, I would check out the Opt In Email module from DataSprings:
