My 4.08.02 has something wrong with it however I don't have the expertise to troubleshoot the problem/s. Is there a tool or a Core Team Member for hire able to troubleshoot my DNN instance?

I don’t know if these things are related but I have a continual JavaScript error no matter what page of the site I visit even Admin and Host pages. Just did some checking; this JS error only appears on one of my two portals and only when logged in as Host or portalAdmin.

My file manager page only shows a Synchronize Folders icon in the folder list and no amount of synchronizing with or without recursive seems to help.

I cannot upgrade my instance for squat; I’ve tried 3 times to upgrade to 5.0 and once to 4.9. Maybe what I’m looking for is DNN Professional? I’d like to install a fresh copy of DNN but it would take weeks I think to recreate my portals. What options are available to get reputable one-on-one support?
