My DNN website loads very slow. When user navigates to different sections of the website the page load time is very high. Can some help me to find a solution to make site load faster. Here is the link for website: http://www.fm96.com/home/

I recommend you download firefox and install the firebug extension with yslow, it'll give you a good overview of your site content and timings. I can't paste it in here as the content is too verbose ,but heres a screenshot - theres definately something wrong as you can see the 3rd and 4th items are images , one 3.8k and one 31.8k but both take over a second to load

One place to start would be to turn on compression in your host settings or in IIS - preferably in the host settings.

Another big "ouch" is that the Solpart javascript is loading inline for each and every page on the site.  That's probably 50 - 70 kb of the 132 kb for the main page.  This really should be in a seperate js file - so that the user can cache it.  I'm not sure if just updating the solpart components will help or if you'll have to upgrade DNN.
