Everytime I create a User and then decide to delete it (with host priviledges), If I later on decide to create a user with the same name, I get "A User Already Exists For the Username Specified".

Also, when uploading a Skin, my Zip file had some files not supported, so I got an error. Said "Installation failed". Stil my skin was there on the list. I deleted it, removed the unwanted files from my Zip, tried reinstalling, and it said a skin with that name already existed too. Had to rename my Zip.

Can I get around this ? Are these file and user names stored permanently in the Database ?

Starting with DNN 5.0.1, users don't get deleted any longer but are only marked to be. Unfortunately, the UI has not been updated yet to deal with it properly. Have a look at support.dotnetnuke.com, one of the latest issues in the DotNetNuke tracker deals with this issue.

 I am not aware of the second one, please check in the DotNetNuke tracker, if it has already been logged, otherwise please log it into the public tracker (2nd from top) and the QA team will take care of it.
