Hi,

I have made some changes to my skin.css file and have uploaded it on to the server. When I view my site it doesn't seem to reflect the changes. I have tried removing the Temporary Internet files, cearing the cache from Host Settings, but still the changes have not reflected. What else do I need to do to remove the cache. My Performance Settings under Host Settings are like this:

1. Page State Persistance: Page
2. Module Caching Method: Disk
3. Performance Setting: Moderate Caching
4. Authenticated Cacheability: ServerAndNoCache
5. Compression Setting: No Compression
6. Use Whitespace Filter: Unchecked

PurgeCache is disabled in the scheduler

Will it take time to reflect the changes? It seems to work perfectly on my localhost.
Please this is kinda urgent and I have no idea what to do next. Any assistance is much appreciated.

Thanks,

Wasim

I can't say that I've seen DNN cause caching issues with CSS, it is generally a browser issue. Have you tried using another browser?

Did you add skin.css to your skin after you initially loaded the site? If so you might need to restart your application pool in order for DNN to start loading the CSS file. I would look at your page source to see if DNN is loading the skin.css file properly, and make sure you're editing the right one.
