How do I edit the text that shows up when you roll over the question mark icons for text fields on a registration page? For example, the question mark 'hover over text' next to the Username field might say, 'Enter a username.' I'd like to be able to edit that text. Thoughts?

Go to host or admin > languages, select edit language, then navigate to local > admin > user. I believe it is there somewhere (you might need to browse around files abit, doing this off the top of my head...)
