Hi. I'm new to Dotnetnuke.  I installed dnn and everything worked but when I uploaded to the internet I keep getting website under construction.  I tried to type in the login page address but it still says website under construction.  Can someone help me?

Did you change the portal alias to the new location?  Change the web.config for the new connection string?  Configure security on the new server?  Set the default document correctly?  Copy the files to the correct locations?  Import the data to the host's database?

There are so many possibilities it's impossible to say exactly what is happening from your description.

please check IIS web site configuration, if you are on your own server - or the hosting panel, if you are on a shared server. default.aspx needs to be configured as default document and ASP.Net 2.0 enabled.

Also validate permissions for the installation folder and all subfolders, ASP.Net user ("Network Service" by default) needs full permission and anonymous users read permissions ona ll files and folders.
