I made site by dotnetnuke 4.9.2 and it was work well but suddenly appear mode to all users

what made this my site link http://albenaamag.info/

You have probably checked the "Edit Page" link for all users while creating your tab. Uncheck this now, or it might cause you problem with anonymous users updating your tab.

Go to Tab Settings (through Control Panel on top or Admin->Tabs), and uncheck "Edit Page" checkbox against All Users.

there must be a module on your page, you granted "edit module" permission to "all users" role, maybe the forms module on the left. Remove "edit module" permission.

login as admin or host user, switch to edit mode. use the action menu of the module to access the settings page. alter permission and save settings.
