When I try to access my Portal it defaults to an Upgrade page which says the following:-

Upgrading DotNetNuke
Current Assembly Version: 04.09.02
Current Database Version: 04.09.04

Upgrade Status Report
00:00:00.015 - Upgrading to Version: 4.9.2
00:00:00.015 - Performing General Upgrades

Upgrade Complete

When you click on 'Click Here To Access Your Portal' nothing happens. How can we get around this?

in the web.config, you can set the application setting for "AutoUpgrade" to false.  This will prevent it, but it looks like you have a failed upgrade attempt, and I would look into that as well.

Sorry, that I have to correct Mitch, but your message clearly indicates, you are trying a downgrade, which is not supported.

Unzip  DNN 4.9.4 install package into your  DNN installation folder hierarchically, overwriting existing files, and the error will vanish.

Thank you for your reply Sebastian. I did as you suggested but I get the following DotNetNuke Error:-

Domain Name dotnetnuke.filemanage.co.uk Does Not Exist In The Database

DotNetNuke supports multiple portals from a single database/codebase. It accomplishes this by converting the URL of the client browser Request to a valid PortalID in the Portals database table. The following steps describe the process:

Could you please tell me what I have done wrong.

Many Thanks

After browsing the error message, it would seem the error is to do with the PortalAlias Table. I have one record in the Portals table with PortalId=0. There are four records in the PortalAlias table all with PortalId=0 and all with different HTTPAlias values. The correct one is the last one. This seems to match the layout in the other DNN website so why does this setup not work? I have tried adding a new record to the PortalAlias table and that did not work either.
