I wanted to work on our site today, but when I wanted to go onto the site the following error appeared:

DotNetNuke Error: - Version 04.06.02

Failed to generate a user instance of SQL Server due to a failure in starting the process for the user instance. The connection will be closed.

Is this a big concern? How do we go about fixing it?

Well I simply Googled the error message and came up with this:

http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/sqldatabaseengine/thread/f5eb164d-9774-4864-ae05-cac99740949b

What is more of a concern is your DNN version, I would recommend upgrading to DNN 4.9.5 when it is released or DNN 5.1.1/DNN5.1.2.
