Hi,

I tried creating a child portal from a template but when I do so, all of the links on the site break. Is there any way to get around this?

Here's a link to my site: One World Speakers

Here's the child portal site: Test Child Portal

Go to the Test Child Portal and click on one of the links in the content (not the menu links). It leads to a 404 page when it should lead to the page the link says it is...

Please let me know.

Thanks,
Matt

I assume, this is caused by the fact that links are stored domain relative, not portal relative, which breaks if you are using a parent template for a child portal. For Text/HTML modules, there is a replace text module from engage modules, which might be of help for you.

Is there any way I can fix  child portal's links and make a template from it? What would I need to use to have it use generic links, not specify: www.mysite.com/childportal/ but similar to www.mysite.com/{portalnametoken}/

That way i could use a child portal's template for all other child portals.

Any way of doing this?
