Hi

Im a bit new to installing and configuring dnn, and now finalizing my first dnn project for a customer i ran into this problem:

I developed the system in Visual studio using dotnet 3.5, and i now need to deploye it to a production server which has only 2.0 of the dotnet fw.

I think this should be possible as i dont use any 3.5 specific stuff, but when i try i get lots of errors from IIS sayings that im reffering to unknown assemblies (3.5) in the config file. This is quite true as the config file has many entries referencing assemblies with version 3.5.

But im not sure how to "downgrade" the config file to make the site run under the 2.0 framework. Can somebody here help me with advice on this?

I wish i could just install dotnet 3.5 on the server but this is unfortunatly not possible as the hosting provider does not want to upgrade the server currently.

Best regards
