I'm running a 5.1.1 and adding my 6th portal to the installation and have a unusual problem.

When I go to upload a file in the file manager as superuser, only the refresh button is enabled.  All the rest of the buttons are disabled.  So I cannot upload files.

I created this the same way I did all other portals and have the disk quote set to 0 for unlimited in the host settings.  All the other portals on this installation work correctly, so I don't see how this could be a file permissions issue.

For the timing being, I can upload via FTP, so not a major problem, but is there any suggestions as to how to fix the problem.
