Received this error when trying to create a parent portal in my latest upgraded site to 5.X.  I upgrade from version from 4.9.4 about 1 week ago and site works well except for this issue.  It does create the parent portal even though I get the erorr, but when I view the portal details on the portal page it doesn't have an portal alias created.  I add the portal alias and it seems to work fine somewhat.. When I log into the site as a host or admin account neither one has access to the drop modules to add a page.   On my old portals, prior to the upgrade the module list shows up and I can add them to the page.   Any help is greatly appreciated.  thanks in advance
