Hello all !

In may web.config it looks like this :

    <friendlyUrl defaultProvider="DNNFriendlyUrl">
      <providers>
        <clear />
        <add name="DNNFriendlyUrl" type="DotNetNuke.Services.Url.FriendlyUrl.DNNFriendlyUrlProvider, DotNetNuke.HttpModules" includePageName="true" regexMatch="[^a-zA-Z0-9 _-]" urlformat="humanfriendly" />
      </providers>
    </friendlyUrl>

But yet my urls look like this :

http://www.mysite.com/Section1/tabid/62/language/en-US/Default.aspx

Thanks for any advice to make it look like this :

http://www.mysite.com/PageName.aspx

Regards,

Fabianus

in Admin :: Languages (DNN5; or Admin :: Languages in DNN4) you need to disable "include language in page URL" option, because it is an existing limitation that built-in HFU don't work together with language parameters.

Hello Leupold !

Thanks for your help !

I went to Portal Administration / Languages. There I have a drop-down list to select "available locales" and then the list of localized values. But no option to set "include language in page URL". Thanks for explaining me again where I do find this option!

Regards,

Fabianus

Fabianus,

did you check out "language options", hidden in action menu / at the far bottom of the module? :)
