Hi,

I just added a splash page to my site, but when I try to log I'm directed to the splash page in stead of the home page as was previously the case.

Setting the home page as login page results in an error saying that there is no login module on the home page.

Is there an easy way to solve this? (I don't want users to login on the splash page, but preferably on the home page.)

In Admin :: User Accounts, use command "user settings" to specifiy page after login.

Thanks for your reply Sebastian.

The thing I'm referring to is that after defining a splash page, the login is "hosted" on the splash page in stead of the home page. The same goes by the way for the "Terms of Use" and the "Privacy Statement". (So you see the login controls, "Terms of Use" and "Privacy Statement" on the splash page in stead of on the home page, what is the default.)

it doesn't matter, where the links are, Login, Terms of use and Privacy are injected dynamically (Login only, if login SkinObject is used instead of Account Login module). Maybe I don't understand your problem :S

Thanks again for your reply. My description is probably not clear enough so I'll give it another go.

When you (freshly) install DNN and add a couple of pages, on all pages you have a login link. Clicking this link directs you to the home page where you can fill in your username and password. Now suppose I add a splash page. Clicking on the same login link directs me to the splash page in stead of the home page where I can once again fill in my username and password.

What I would like is having a splash page, but when clicking on the login link being directed to the home page (in stead of the splash page). Any clue on how I can accomplish this?
