Hi, i've got the same error, did you ever find out why this happened, and what you could do about it?
I think it is related to the language settings of the portal.

please sync file system and database recursively in Admin :: File System

Didn't help. If I add /language/en/ to the url it works. If I use the default languaga (russian) it gives the error.
