On my website registered users can login with their username and password on a child-portal. On my own computer all works fine. But one of the users reported a problem on his computer. When he is logged in and he clicks on a hyperlink to see another page, he is automatically logged off. So he is redirected to the login-page and has to login again. What should be the course of this problem. Does it anything has to do with security settings or with cookies on the computer of the user? How can I solve this problem?

Is the page he is trying to navigate to on a different portal?  Is it page specific or does it happen regardless of what link he clicks on?

if other portal is in a different domain, this is by design. otherwise he might need to clear his cookies for your site and browser cache.
