How do you set up DNN Version 05.02.03 to keep users logged in all the time (simular to the main DNN site)?

Any help would be appreciated.

You don't.  :)

They can check the Remember Me box, but if you try to keep them logged in needlessly you're just wasting resources.

Is anyone running a setup similar to DotNetNuke.com? I would like to set it up so users stay logged in indefinitely.

In the web.config, change the timeout. By default, it is 60 for 60 minutes:
forms name=".DOTNETNUKE" protection="All" timeout="60000" cookieless="UseCookies" /
