I have developed a database in SQL Server independent of DNN and now need to import it into a DNN site. How should I go about importing the tables of this database into the DNN database?

I have found products such as "DAL Builder Pro" on Snowcovered but the last version of DNN that it says it works with is v3.x (my DNN portal into which I want to import the tables is DNN v5.2)

There are also CodeSmith plus DNN templates on DNNJungle.com but they also date back to DNN v3.

Ideas on how I should go about this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Why do you need these imported into the same database? Are you trying to use them with an existing module? Or perhaps develop a new module to access them?

You could leave them separate from the DNN database and simply have whatever module you are using communicate with them in the external database.

Otherwise, I would just use SQL's tools for importing tables from one DB to another. I assume this is likely just a one time import, so they should be sufficient.
