 Hi

I would like to change the admin account to a different name or add another account with administrative privileges. Is there a way it can be done in DNN?

Would appreciate your input.

Thanks in advance!

You can simply create another user, then go to the Roles and add that user to the Administrator role.

You can't change usernames within DNN once they have been created.

Thank you Chris,

I have a couple of questions-

1. Would I  be able to delete the default admin User after the new user has been created with admin rights?

2. How to assign the new user with admin roles to access all the websites under DNN portals?

Thanks in advance!
