Our Form and List module seems to allow HTML tags inside each box (in IE8. Firefox just ignores the html tags).
It's also not possible to prevent more than one email address being entered (not sure if this is normal?).

I used our usual email validation string inside the 'Validation Rule' box  for the email field (shown below, which seemed to work ok in our old non-dnn site).

\w+([-+.]\w+)*@\w+([-.]\w+)*\.\w+([-.]\w+)*

but this didn't fix the issue.
I also tried changing email type to a text type and tried validation string there, but this didn't work either.

using dnn 5.1.1 and fnl 5.0.2

- is this anything to do with Cross-site scripting and HTTP only cookie?
- is there anything which I must do with the back end files or is there a simple setting I can edit?

thanks,
mark.

Your regular expression is setup to allow multiples as you do not have any ^ and & characters to bind the match to the beginning and endof the string.

...further to the above,
after updating form and list module to 5.1, validation is now also possible on richText fields (so this is now fully resolved).

mark.
