Hi,

I have a website that uses DNN 4.5.5 that was already running on a shared hosting using IIS6 and HELM control panel. Lately my hosting company upgraded their servers to use IIS7 and Plesk control panel.  After their upgrade the website's homepage is opening but any links either in the main website navigation or inside content using LinkClick.aspx are not working and returning the following error:

HTTP Error 404.0 - Not Found

The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

Does anyone know what is the reason causing this error.  My understanding is that adding index.php before the correct page address or link is what causing this.  Any help is much appreciated.

That unfortunately is something you will likely need to talk to the host about. DNN wouldn't add index.php to all the pages itself, unless that was somehow specified as the Portal Alias

Dear Chris, Thank you for your reply. I knew that it is a hosting related issue but wanted to verify that and maybe someone with better experience with Plesk control panel can give me a solution since my hosting provider doesn't seem to know the solution. I have previously checked the Portal Alias and made sure that it only contains my website's URL with no index.php added to it. Thanks. Regards,
