I have not been able to pinpoint this problem to one computer/browser/os but on some machines, when I try an upload a picture, it does not work. I can't see it in the file manager. However, if I physically go to the server, the file is there. When I look in the table files, the file name is always something like c:\users\someuser\desktop\image.png. That is incorrect, if I change it to image.png in the DB then it works fine. I am running 5.04.01, has anyone else seen this problem?

where are you trying to upload - file manager or rich text editor? (FckEditor, Telerik RAD Editor provider or DNN RAD editor provider?)

Using the rad editor. The strange thing is I have not found out what the exact problem is to reproduce this. I have had it not work in FF IE 7 & 8 on 32 and 64 bit machines. I have also had it work in all of those environments too. So far, I can't see anything unique about a file name or path to cause this. I'm kind of lost at this point.

AFAIK file manager in DNN rad editor provider has known issues. you may switch to FCKeditor in web.config.

Where do I do that? I tried looking through the web.config, but I have learned not to touch that unless I'm 100% sure I know what I'm changing :).
