How to remove the "Forgot Password ?" link from DNN 5.6 ?

Can some point me in the right direction as to how to remove the "Forgot Password ?" link off the login page?

I have followed the instructions found on the following thread but they did not seem to work for me.

Hey Jeff,

If you dont get any solution, try this.
Hide the control using CSS.
#dnn_ctr_Login_tdPassword{display:none;}

edit your web.config and set enablePasswordRetrieval to false

I tried both setting the enablePasswordRetrieval="true" and enablePasswordReset="true" to false one at a time and restarting the website and this did NOT remove the "Forgot Password ?" link from the signin page.

Lets assume for a moment that I do not know exactly where to edit the CSS from, mainly because I don't

. Is this an entry that I should find in the Admin->sitesettings style sheet editor or in the skins directory or is this an entry that I should add to one place or another?
