Hi

I have looked everywhere for this and found some good articels on security roles, role groups and privilges etc. But, non answer the basic question:
How do you create a role that allows its members to add new and edit all existing pages, without them being an administrator?

Any takers, I'd be very grateful for an answer on this one.

Many thanks in advance

Jerry

A Page Editor function is described in the manual, but you might need DNN Pro to get/use it.  Page 114 of DNN562 UserManual

Tried it and it works for Community, too.

1)  I gave Page Editors view permission to Edit screens following page 114 of manual.

2)  I created a new Role called Page Editors (though I think you can name it whatever you want, say GROUP1).  Assign users to this group1 (either by-user in console or by-role in console).

3)  On your page(s) give this group1 edit rights.  It will be inherited if you allow same.

It works as expected...   In 5.6.2
