We ran a script to set all PasswordLastChangedDate entries in the db to be set to 7/23/2011 so that all passwords would expire 10/21/2011 (90 days later which is our expiration policy). Reminders are set to begin being shown 7 days from expiration. If I go into any particular user, it says they last changed their password on 7/23/2011 and the password will expire 10/21/2011...but no user gets the page prompting them that their password is expiring, why?
