Hi,

I have a client website which recently started displaying the following error:  http://majesticrosecarehome.com

Long story about how we got here.  But the short one is:  client cancelled hosting by mistake.  Hosting company reinstate account a few week later and try to put website back up.  Now this error.

Client called me and after checking the database and confirming that all portalalias are set correctly I don't know what else to do.  Hosting company are no use at all and saying I should install again but I don't have a back up of the site when it was working.  This is what they are saying: "is there a cache you could clear from there or a functionality to regenerate the aliases maybe?"

Anyone have any ideas what else I can check? Does anyone know if I manually reinstall dnn if it will delete all the content functionality?

 Thanks

Ginnie

Thanks Sebastian. I did double check and I have the correct PortalAlias. I do also have additional domains set as PortalAlias, should I remove these and add them once I get access to the website again? Would that help fix the issue?

Any other ideas?

Thanks
Ginnie

Ginnie, if all portal aliases look valid, don't touch it. if one of it lools strange, delete it.

They all look good. Any other reason why you would get that message? Do you recommend reinstalling DNN?
