Hello All,

I have a 5.6.3 installation running a number of portals, mostly we use parent portals, but we also have a few child portals.

In recent days we created a child portal and then added a second portal alias.  I have tried as many combinations of actions to try to get the system to recognise the second alias but I cannot get it to work.

eg 

www.mysite.ie/alias1    == this always works

www.mysite.ie/alias2    == this never works

www.mysite.ie/alias2/Home.aspx  = with the page name added it works ok

I have played around but setting the alias2 to be the default, I have restarted the application and the app pool, I have tried all three redirect settings.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

That worked absolutely perfectly.  My /alias1 folder existed, but my /alias2 did not.

I need to paste a piece of paper on my forehead that says "Mark - check more places than the Database".
