Hi, I installed DNN 6.2, now I need to change the physical and virtual path of DNN, what should I change in the DB and config to achieve this?

you need to adjust portal alias (in PortalAlias table) to match the new domain address - if necessary) and in web.config make sure, both database connections meet your current situation.

If you are using the Repository module, you'll also need to adjust the location the module uses (I found this out the hard way).

I am trying to run same build configuration for UAT environment and UAT db but different url, basically local url. the aliases are fine, the web.config has the UAT database string but cant change the physical path of the application. thanks
