I have a custom  profile property called member type. It is a list type with 3 options under the preferences category

 I just upgraded to 6.2.4 from 6.0.1 and used to use Active Social.  In the member list settings you can define advanced search fields. The profile Member Type does not show up in the profile fields to select from. It used to in AS

Also, in the Site Settings you can specify a custom registration form and select profile properties and the member type profile property does not show up in that list either.

Hi Sebastion

No they are not hidden any other thoughts? I added 2 new profile fields and they show up. The only difference is that the field I am not seeing is a list.

Hi

I confirmed that in fact lists and checkbox profile field types do not show up in the advanced search field selector in the member directory search. I tried to see if this was a bug in the project tracker but couldnt find anything. does anyone else have this problem?

Yes. I am experiencing this problem as well. I have several Checkbox and List data types for my registration fields and they will not appear as choices for the Search Fields under the Search Settings for the Member Directory. I am using DNN 6.2.6.
