Hello,

I have a weird issue in one of my DNN 702 (upgraded from dnn 4+ )

When admin navigate to users accounts page he sees only the delete button. The host sees all 3 buttons (edit,delete,manage groups for user)

See screens below.

Any idea about this?

Hi,

Actually, the concept of Admin has been removed from dnn since past few versions.
Now we have just one Admin or Host.
As you have mentioned your site was initially created in dnn4. So it may be facing some problems.
For that, First login as host and check the Admin user's role.
If it has some thing else set it to "Administrators". in the manage roles section of the admin user.

just a shot in the dark: does the Admin user has Edit rights for the module? And does it help to set the page in Edit mode?

Hello Michael,
Just to make it clearer here are the things I checked already:
1. The user is the main admin of the site and has all the rights needed.
2. I set a totally new admin user and it did not work either.
3. I am in edit mode (you can tell anyway by the fact that the delete button is available.)
4. I checked that the skin is not the issue (changed it to default dnn skin)
5. Checked with firebug that nothing is hidden.

Any other thoughts?
