I attempted to upgrade from DNN 7.00.00 to DNN 07.00.03 but after copying over the Upgrade Package and then trying to access my site I get the following error about Missing ILog assembly.

Compiler Error Message: CS0246: The type or namespace name 'ILog' could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)

Did anyone else see this upgrade issue?
